We had a fantastic stay with colleagues, enjoying the spacious deluxe room. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even accommodating our dietary preferences in creative ways. The lush greenery surrounding the hotel added to the relaxing vibe, making our time there quite enjoyable.
In my wife's opinion, more kid-friendly dining options would be great.

The Deluxe Room was spacious and clean, with a great air conditioner. One night I lost hot water, but they moved me upstairs the second night, and it was much better after that. The room overlooked the pool, which was nice to have. Just wish it had a bit more soundproofing to block outside noise.

It was just a reliable pick for a short stint in Tarapoto with great value-to-price ratio. The hot water was a bit tricky, only available if showered during the day. Consider bringing your own snacks as the food options were limited.
